Do you work with clients based overseas?
Absolutely! We are strong believers in remote work, time efficacy and minimising our earth-footprint - so whether you are in New York or Auckland, we will happily complete your projects with us remotely.
Can you create specific once-off print design work - like wedding invites, packaging, menus
or leaflets?
Definitely, please feel free to get in touch!
Each print graphic design project is different and depending on your needs, may require external quotation for printing / embossing / binding / production.
Why do you build your websites in Squarespace or Shopify?
Whether we are coding or building templates from scratch or building off an existing website, both platforms are great for Search Engine Optimisation and have some amazing plug-ins under one roof. They let us work with external forms, business emails, campaigns and so much more, which are often key parts of our client needs.
Shopify is the leading world provider of e-commerce services due to the ability to link external applications including inventory management software like unleashed.
Depending on your specific requests and needs, we will plan out the best way to build a custom website that suits your business best.
We also love that our clients are able to go into either of these platforms and make minor changes for themselves if they want to - that way, we can focus on the heavy lifting in SEO, marketing and branding!
Do you have a physical address?
Lee & Jess work from a private studio to keep prices lower than other agencies, so aren’t open to the general public.
We are, however, more than happy to catch up over coffee, have a Zoom call or even visit you to do product / food photoshoots whenever you need!
Why do you charge a deposit?
On many of our larger projects (such as websites that take 2-6 weeks) require a deposit to cover our costs and to ensure that both parties receive the time and services agreed upon.
We are a small business, so even late payments affect us - this way, everyone is happy!
